About TINA

Tina Reid joined ILG in 2021 and is a marketing and promotions Paralegal with 20+ years of in-house experience. Tina handles marketing programs, promotions, and advertising campaigns for major brands. She has drafted 100s of sweepstakes and contest rules as well as incentive program rules and terms. Tina regularly advises and reviews a broad range of marketing and advertising initiatives and contracts. She also frequently conducts brand poll reviews.

Her experience extends to highly-regulated industries including Real Money Gaming in which she reviews applications and materials and ensures compliance in all 50 states.

Tina has also initiated a program to monitor influencer activity on behalf of clients. This includes spot checks of influencer posts for compliance with FTC Influencer Guidelines and adherence to their influencer agreements.

Tina has unique experience working in the travel space managing all aspects of the selling of travel registrations and securing licenses state by state.

She has also managed several commercial co-venture promotions for over a dozen brands in conjunction with well-known philanthropic organizations such as the Susan G. Komen foundation and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

REPRESENTATIVE Experience

  • Conduct Influencer Monitoring including spot checking relevant influencer posts on all major social media sites and ensure compliance with influencer agreements.

  • Analyze and review applications, applicable licenses, and supporting documentation from advertisers to confirm compliance with 50-state laws concerned with real money gaming/gambling activities on websites and mobile applications.

  • Draft, review, and advise on promotional sweepstakes, contests and incentive program rules and terms.

  • Advise on various brand poll survey questions.

  • Identify possible issues surrounding right of publicity, claims and substantiation – including necessary disclaimers, and trademark and copyright protections.

  • Assists with all stages of marketing promotions from concept to implementation.

  • Conducted several sweepstakes and contest trainings for client team members.

  • Reviews promotional copy, prepares and files registration forms and bonds as a commercial co-venturer for cause-marketing promotions and manage commercial co-venture programs between brands and charitable organizations.

  • Reviewed and revised all marketing materials and press releases for the following Realogy brands: Century 21, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, ERA, Sotheby’s, Corcoran, and Coldwell Banker

  • Provided legal and administrative support to publishing group and their publications and websites, including Parents, Family Circle, Ser Padres, Siempre Mujer, Eating Well, Everyday with Rachel Ray, Family Fun, Martha Stewart Living, Martha Stewart Weddings, myweddingllc.com, Shape, AllRecipes, and Living The Country Life.
